Product is usualy shipped in the refrigerated 40f. containers. While the container is in transit, the temperature inside remains at level that is most perfect for the product inside. In general, the temperature inside a container with meat products is -18C (0F). When fruits are shipped temperature is usualy higher +1... +2C (34... 36F).
